 Did you know that Shoal Creek Camp and Retreat will be in the path of totality for the Great American Eclipse of April 8, 2024?  We will be offering special pricing for this event. Arkansas will be crawling with tourists from all over the country.  We will be offering the camp for group rental.  We will NOT offer individual cabins, it must be an entire camp rental.  Contact us at shoalcreekcamp@arumc.org for details about pricing.  This event will require full payment in advance.  If you know of any groups looking for a place, please share and let them know that we are available.  First come, first served.

 Waveland Park Campground is located on the beautiful Blue Mountain Lake near Waveland, Arkansas.

Visitors are greeted with shaded campsites, spectacular scenery and many outdoor recreation opportunities. Blue Mountain Lake provides the ideal spot to get away from it all, relax and enjoy fishing, boating, hunting, hiking and more.

We have three locations available, with 200 campsites at each location. Each location will have amenities available during the 2024 Solar Eclipse.

Pricing is $250 per night or $175 per night with a 3 night minimum.

 Enjoy the Great North American Eclipse of 2024 in Rover, Arkansas at the Flora Olander Memorial Park located at 10285 Hunts Cemetery Road in Rover. The park is located in the path of totality with approximately 4 minutes and 17 seconds of totality. The park is offering camping spots for RV’s, campers and tents. The park has a walking trail, basketball court, playground, a covered pavilion with tables and a grill for cooking, and is just ¼ mile from short-order food at Emerson’s Country Store. The park has a modern bathroom facility with flush toilets. Spots are available beginning April 5 and ending April 12. RV and camper spots are available at $250 per night with a two-night minimum paid in advance. Tent spots are available at $125 per night with a two-night minimum payable in advance.
